What "fan" of a team hide all week after their favorite team win, come out and post all week after their favorite team lose, and say it will be fun to watch their favorite team become a disaster?

It's hilarious how quarterbacks like Matthew Stafford get laced with excuses for having career long failure because he played on a team with "no weapons".....

But then claims Dak "needs all the help he can get" as if that's a bad thing.

Matthew Stafford led the NFL in interceptions the year the Rams won the Superbowl. So based on that fact alone, is Stafford wearing a Superbowl ring today "without the help" around him?

As a matter of fact, list the names of quarterbacks outside of Brady and Mahomes that don't need "help around them"?

Last I checked, EVERY quarterback who has done really well, had help around them. That's why it's called a football TEAM. The hypocrisy is at an all-time high around here.

Now that I'm thinking about it.... how did Mahomes look at times when most of his "help around him" were injured?? Even the greatest to do it need help. No quarterback in history has or will ever win a football game by themselves.

All of this to-do about labeling a WR a #2 or 1B means nothing but attaching a label that signifies what the FO thinks about Pickens' talent. If a WR is performing great, that's all that matters. But if it means 1B is automatically entitled to #1 wages, it's a matter that could easily set up a cause for needless controversy. I suspect it might easily set up an awkward situation at the end of 2025.

In any event, if Pickens decides he wants to be paid on an equal level with Cee Dee, trouble is likely to follow. I seriously doubt this FO will be willing to pay Pickens on an equal level with Cee Dee, unless he proves he's equally as valuable on the field. I'm feeling edgy about this thing. I think Stephen jumped the gun by declaring Pickens a 1B level as a WR. He's prematurely inviting controversy.

I agree that it’s highly unlikely he gets CeeDee money from Dallas. Pickens is talented but he has never sniffed the production or consistency of Lamb.

Regardless of what Pickens or his agent wants, the market will decide his worth. If what Jeff Howe said was true…that some teams laughed at bringing Pickens in at any price and there was little interest in trading for Pickens, will 1 year of choirboy behavior be enough to change those perceptions?
