Dak knows MM is ok with him at qb so sure he will back him.

Boasting about 12 win seasons says a lot, about the culture and gm and FO, they all feel that is a job well done.
And it is good, better that than 4-13 but the desire for more than that is lack luster.
The teams that wind up in champ games, are not satisfied with just winning season and getting into playoffs.
Except some that were a surprise this year, like jags, seahawks, and giants.

I find this kind of funny in a way, as if MM is going to be the coach next season, because Dak sure as hell knows he will be the QB. He's not scared, he has nothing to lose for next year or two.

McCarthy has helped develop multiple QBs in his career, rebuilt Rodgers, rejuvinated Favre's career, Rich Gannon said McCarthy is the biggest reason he became the QB he did.

Prescott has no excuse to not do well under McCarthy. It's sad that McCarthy is on the hot seat and Dak is going to be taking up 20% of the cap next season. This league is such a dumpster fire, coaches are held back by how much owners give to QBs.
