Preseason Opponents Released

I hear you brother.

I seriously need to find a job out there. I need a change I think.

If you ever decide to make the change - PM me and I'll help you with where to live and what to expect. If a big city isn't your thing, there are plenty of beautiful smaller beach towns up and down the coast and even inland. For instance, a place like Del Mar, north of San Diego and south of LA is incredible. I just found out Steve Perry of Journey lives there - god enough for Steve, good enough for the rest of us. :)

Best life decision I have ever made.

Thanks man... I doubt I could pay to live in a spot like that tho. Would be cool to ask Steve to borrow a cup of sugar though.

better get some more quarterbacks because no way dak and moore play a lot in the first two games.

True enough but there are other places besides LA.

As for natural disasters... a couple of months ago an EF-4 tornado hit my neighborhood at 4:00 in the morning and missed my house by less than a quarter mile. Close enough where my ears were popping from the pressure change. Killed some good people who were neighbors of mine.

In 2013 an EF-4 tornado hit here and missed my house by about a mile. The paths of those two actually crossed at a small church about a mile from here. They had just rebuilt it from 2013 when this latest one struck.

In 2005 I had 5 trees on my house and went almost two months with no power when Katrina slammed into the coast here.

We have our share of natural disasters around here too. Except here we have a lot of rainy days and pretty cold winters. I wouldn't mind that S Cal weather one bit.

Dam dude, two F-4 tornados buzzed your house and you are still living there?

I would be like, f-this, I am outta here.

Pretty rare for this area. Been here a long time and 2013 and 2017 were the only two times they've hit around here.

Usually it is hurricanes we have to worry with.

I love Dallas and wouldn't mind moving back... but cali is so beautiful. The Napa valley is like paradise

Yea, I went to San Francisco a couple of years ago on vacation. Rented a car and drove up and down the coast line for a couple of weeks, it was a blast and the weather was amazing.

Austin is ok, but it is just so dam hot during the summer. The main benefit of living in Austin is the toll ways, the posted speed limit is 85, but since its a toll way the cops don't even patrol it. You can literally drive 100+ mph and with the TexTag you place on your windshield, you don't even have to slow down for the toll readers.

The toll ways have "speed suggestions", no "speed limits"

I'll be at the Hall of Fame game. Look forward to seeing Moore and mostly their possible 3rd string QB's.
Cool man. You'll probably get to see a lot of rookies playing, which I like because I'm such a draftnik and enjoy seeing what the new guys can do.

Would've liked to have been in LA to watch Dak's coming out party. That truly was a preview of things to come.
