Preseason penalties

Considering that was against a bunch of backups and camp bodies, not good news for last season's most penalized team and the main reason for their exit from the playoffs.

The Cowboys turned out to be a tougher foe than the Niners.

41 times in 3 games? Essentially 100 yards a game?

That does not bode well at all.

Let's see how MM deals with this problem

It doesn’t bode well when your offense doesn’t appear to be as good as it has been. It’s not going to help wiping out good plays we have with penalties. The last thing we need is to be put behind the chains all season.

Maybe that was the plan. Let the offense decline enough so not so many good plays are wiped out by penalties.

Williams and Wright concern me a bit, otherwise, these are not that big of a deal IMO

It appears the emphasis on penalties is bearing fruit.

All this might be true, but you have to admit overcoming penalties helps build up stats.
