If Romo continues to play like he did in game one, he's worth whatever his agent gets for him. I'd rather he receive a contract that reflects his play than he be locked into a bargain deal for the Cowboys that will create tension down the road. Honestly, Romo strikes me as one of those rare guys who plays at least as much because he loves the game as he does the money. He wants to be QB of the Cowboys and Jerry wants him to to be QB of the Cowboys. Playing QB in Dallas is worth a $hitload of money in and of itself and I'm absolutely certain that Jerry knows what he has in Tony Romo. I'm pretty sure Romo wants to stay attached to Mister Garrett, too, and the high octane offensive philosophy that will give Tony the opportunity to put up huge numbers. If worst comes to worst, there's always the franchise tag, but if Romo's play continues into the future where it left off this past Sunday, things won't get close to that far. No worries, ladies and gents.
