She is trying to get the job opposite another hack and blowhard, Skip Bayless.

My post is not an endorsement of either Dak or Kirk. My point is that Joy is a hack that has an agenda.

Kirk is more accurate than Dak by a country mile
He is also smarter.
Kirk is a Tier 3 QB while Dak is between Tier 3 and 4.
Between the 2 (who are very similar) I'd take Cousins without blinking an eye.

I'd take Dak over Cousins simply because I think Cousin's teammates think he's a dork.

But that's like taking boiled cabbage over a raw onion.
