Well, the schools make up what is the NCAA. I don't care which entity eventually pays for it, dude. The point is, they can afford it, & it makes the process much easier to evaluate when the tracks & all systems of measurement are the same for each & every player. One of those ways is an electronic timer made by one company, & operated by people from said company, who are experts in electronic timers & timing. Anything else you you want to disagree with?

Excellent post right here because these two guys could be under the radar Cowboy targets. All eyes on Horn n Holland at there respective pro days regarding the Cowboys, but Israel n Graham could get a long look as well.

Israel at 6-4, 212 should be on Quinn's list of CBs, plus he can play Safety too, but I like him at CB and TE stopper.
