He’s too talented to not be a legit corner in this league.

Dude should be no worse than a solid #2 corner for someone.

His problem is obvious. He’s doesn’t carry himself like a professional. Dude needs to mature. Clear as day.

Oh boy where do i start

As a Gunner on special teams....i love his work.....however as a corner? No...no....and did i say no...

in his time as a corner he was a liability and what i look for is flashes of starter material....You can struggle but he wasnt what you want from a Number 2 corner or even number 3

This won’t make anyone around here happy but he may can carve out a role as a special teamer. He seems to be playing well there. It’s year 3 so if he’s gonna be a corner we will know this year but I think he has a future as a special teams guy for this season if he doesn’t screw it up. Probably the only thing saving his spot right.l now.

It’s funny though they threw all these vets out there that looked bad….didn’t think Joseph looked any worse than the other corners…..

Talent isn’t the problem
Much like Hill, the talent is there
But is the mental part? Is the desire to be great?
Some guys get to the nfl and think they’ve done is all

He has 2 years left on his rookie deal. He needs to do more than play special teams. This is year 3 and time for him to step up and show if he can play CB or not. Seems his problem is from the neck up. Hopefully he will figure it out and the light will finally come on. He has the the talent.

We were signing anybody and everybody off the streets last year to get this guy off of the field as a CB. Not a good sign for him. Two years with the Cowboys and his biggest headlines have been made off of the field. Hopefully we are going into the draft and taking the approach that he is not on the team. We need CBs that can play CB not ones that are only good at special teams. You start stacking too many Kelvin Josephs and CJ Goodwins of the league on the roster at CB with the intention of using them on special teams then when injuries happen you all of a sudden have to rely on them playing CB (disaster). Seems like you should be able to find half decent CBs that can also play special teams.

My guess is that Joseph never makes it as a starting CB during his tenure with the Cowboys. The guy clearly still has a long way to go in the maturity department before he realizes his physical abilities. Hes one that Cowboy fans can't wait for the team to part ways with, but I'd also not be surprised if he got picked up by another team when his time here is up and fans are critical of Jerry for every letting such a quality player get away after making a pro bowl down the line.

I was so sure after his rookie season that he would only get better, and that take has made me look like a fool. This year I have hopes he gets back on track, but no expectation of that. He's a 4th/5th CB in my book until he shows otherwise and the Cowboys should prepare as such.

Joseph had the most clutch play of the season in the playoffs.

Had the Cowboys won that game, he'd be a Dallas favorite right now.

But since MCarthy, Moore, and Dak dropped the ball in that game, everyone is prematurely calling him a bust.

Let's wait till camp.

Too early to call him a bust over a couple plays.

I said after he was drafted, he won't see a second contract with the Cowboys.
I stand by my prediction.
