Jerry, we the fans hereby offer you the following deal:
1) Can Wade now and we agree to let you live your dream and not-so-hidden desire and coach the Boys the rest of the year. If you can get us into the playoffs, you can coach next year w/out gripe or complaint. Choose whatever staff and players you want with our full 100% support.
2) If you don't make the playoffs this year you agree to give up operational control of the Cowboys to Stephen.
So whadaya say Jerry? You get our 100% support the rest of the way.
