This year, and tonight in particular, he was a monster when it matter most. He played with a real edge on that 2nd to last drive and got a huge sack. The only time I remember seeing that edge was against the Saints two years ago when the were undefeated.
Maybe he has purposely pushed himself into a more clutch player/leader, or maybe Ryan is getting more out of him. But I was awfully impressed with him tonight, especially because he was getting stonewalled by Williams early.

He made the same exact plays last week. A huge sack to kill a 49ers drive late in the fourth and then killing their drive in overtime with beautiful coverage of Gore out of the backfield forcing a sack.
Ware's a monster. The unbelievable addition of Sean Lee has turned these 2 into a two-headed monster on defense. They've been unreal.
