I'm feeling like this might be the best damn game against Philly since the January divisional 1993 playoff game..That was the game where we finally arrived and announced to the NFL we were back in the saddle.

I have a similar feeling about this team.

The electric energy and excitement should be something to behold..I expect the crowd to be loud as hell.

CBS filters crowd noise so bad it's pathetic ...but when Double E ran that 60 yarder against Cincy...their filters could not even drown the sound....NBC does not filter sound....so we will feel the noise Sunday night if we continue playing like we have thus far.

Win or lose ...i'm glad i took the Monday off.

Believe me, the thought camps in my mind every morning after a night game, but I've got an early Monday meeting I can't miss. Oh well. Long as we win I'll live on coffee and sports joy all day.

That's so true...a win cures everything...now a loss? Hell no .

Well, if we lose....you can always hand out apples and toothbrushes on Halloween night to get some anger out :D

I'm so glad i don't let a Cowboy loss get to me like it did in the 70's,80's and so forth ...it still gets to me ...but being 49 has put everything in perspective.

I'm nearing death...now when i was a teenager to my late 30 's ...i used to get stupid , cussing like a sailor upset when we lost.

One thing that has calmed me is the way this game with all the rule changes and commercials is not the game i grew up watching.

I feel sorry for all the young football fans who did not witness 70's style football and not needing a dvr to skip commercials.

I don't either anymore, frustrated....yes but not angry.

My Dallas sports wheelhouse in the 80s (Boys, Rangers, Mavs, later Stars, and college Horns) taught me appreciation and patience. All SUCKED for most of that period. 70s and 90s kids, not so much.

Bit of age will take the edge off for many, though. Not all. Many 50-60 YOs I know are "no longer Boys fans" but are still pissy as can be. It's funny and annoying at the same time.

I'm 24 so I'm still in that phase of "cussing like a sailor upset" haha at least now that I'm over 21 I can drown my sorrows with booze

last time I felt anything remotely close to the same euphoria of winnin a SB, was the back to back wins over Philthy in 2009 to win the Division and Move on to the Divisional Round, respectively.....Nothing will top that until we finally get back to the NFC Championship, and then hopefully beyond of course......

Watchin this, knowing that we beat their butts two weeks in a row in playoff scenarios, will ALWAYS make me laugh.....
