I am not yet sold on Foles however, and laugh at me all you want, but against Dallas Foles looks very average and has looked very average. He may have had a fluke of a year last season, and if that's the case and Foles falls back to earth, it should be very interesting to see what happens with the USC guy and now Sanchez. Vick was still in my opinion the scarier QB to face, that is of course assuming Foles isn't the next coming of Kurt Warner.

That was because, for some reason, Dallas got a tremendous pass rush on Foles those two games. He doesn't react well to pressure. Not sure why that's the only team that Dallas could get a pass rush going against.

Prediction.

This won't get near the jabs from the national media that signing Weeden did, even though they're essentially the same move. Weeden actually has better tools.

You know what? I agree with you, I'd much rather have Weeden than Sanchez.

Sanchez did fall off the cliff but as I recall he had 330 + and two tds in our place last time we played.

i don't wish nick foles ill, but if he had a fluke accident and had to sit out the year while mark sanchez quarterbacked the eagles, i would LOL every sunday.

What? I don't know if Sanchez has the makeup I want in a starter, but there was a time he looked like a nice prospect. Weeden has never had success in the nfl. And I really don't have an issue taking a chance on Weeden either.

Sanchez played in two fact championships. Sure the defense was very good but he played well in some playoff games on the road. For a young kid just entering the league that is a nice start. You can't compare What Weeden has done I nt he league.

Foles picked him up at the airport. Here's a photo.

Since 2009...

Sanchez can and has beat this team.
Kyle Orton beat this team
Kevin Kolb beat this team
Matt Flynn beat this team
David Garrard beat this team
Vince Young beat this team
Josh McCown beat this team

If Sanchez does indeed sign with the Eagles and Foles goes down, I wouldn't exactly jump for joy. Our team is a accident waiting to happen and has been for quite some time.

I'm pretty sure those teams beat this team.

I would rather have Weeden. I bet Sanchez isn't nearly as cheap and is currently injured.
