Steve Pelluer was average at best but I'm sure we didn't draft him 5 rounds early like we did Quincy.

Pelluer took one of the nastiest hits a QB have ever taken and survived. His knees were on the ground and he bent over backwards like a back-bend. He was tough but not that good.

Pelluer was a skinny Worm,, wow did he suck , hogeabom was just as crappy, and lets not even mention babe " all he had to do was win 1 out of 2 games to get us in the playoffs " Laughenburg man After Danny white till Akiman we S-u-c-k-e-d bad

Carter, Pelluer and Hogenboom at least could win a game or two. None of the three could win on a regular basis or win the big games. I seriously doubt if Babe could win a single game. If he started a whole season on a decent team I doubt he would win. He was just that bad. No pocket presence, no agility, no arm and so on and so forth.

I thought Quincy played OK in 2003. Not great, but OK. Well, for the first part of the season at least.

that year, 2001, when we started quincy, stoerner, ryan leaf, and anthony wright has got to be the worst year in our history as far as quaterbacking. worse than pelluer and hogeboom combined.
