Quarterback ranking

Where does Dak rank amongst this group? I ask because what if at 19 Lamar Jackson, Mayfield, or even Rosen drops there. Should we draft one of them? I like Dak, but if we can improve the position then why not? I personally like Mason Rudolph but that's not happening.
Also, what do we target? We need a linebacker bad, really bad. But is there a major difference in say Rashaan Evans and Malik Jackson? I know Jackson is more outside, but Lee isn't getting any younger.
We can get Jackson more then likely in the second. Which would give us a chance to take Sutton at 19.

The only QB in this draft I would prefer over Dak would be Rosen.

I dont like all the projected 1st round QBs but if one of that the team ranks highly drops to 19 we would be mad not to draft him. I'd be even willing to trade another pick to move up 2-3 spots for e.g. Rosen.
