Queen Elizabeth II was an unshakable rock for her nation & people, an inspiration & friend to many around the world. She leaves this world better & happier thanks to her long life of service.

The kind messages are very well appreciated. It feels like an end of an era and I don't think anyone over here can quite believe that she has gone and there will be many tears shed. She was a remarkable person who has lived and extraordinary life. Although clearly in ill health recently she was determined to rule until the end and only give up her role in death, incredible loyalty and duty.

Like Elizabeth I, Queen Elizabeth will be recorded in history as one of the great rulers to sit on the British throne. She literally kept the monarchy alive during times when people questioned its value. She was truly a great Queen and the world will miss her. I know I will. RIP.

As for Charles, England deserves better. He is a dullard.
