Is there any way that we could add an extra year to his contract and give him a big bonus in the uncapped year?

He is drastically underpaid and I think getting him a big enough bonus to never have to worry about him ever holding out or anything would be a good move and nice gesture by us.

Doesn't he have 3 years left on his current contract? Why so eager to spend JJ's money? Are you worried JJ won't pay him again if he continues his outstanding play? Has that ever been a problem?

If I were Jerry I would sweetin up his deal a little.

I think he has earned it and he gives more effort than 99% of all the players in the NFL.

If I were Jerry i'd ask Jay if I could add 1 year to his deal and give him about 7 mill in that 1 year.

Jay is a beast. While they don't have to do anything for a while money wise with him I certainly wouldn't blink an eye if they did.
