Question for Phillips/Garret backers...

How are they going to be able to deal with T.O. and his narcissism? The guy has a morbid fascination with himself that seems to effect the teams he plays on in a pretty unhealthy way. It will all come out later, but I definately feel the whole T.O. saga played into B.P.'s "retirement." If the Tuna couldn't handle him, how will Phillips/Garret do any better? Just wondering....

I think if Phillips is hired, he should bring his dad along as a liaison for Owens...

Good point Amish. I guess that's all any of us can really do. I see where Me-O threw B.P. under the bus today too. Getting pretty crowded under there though: Mooch, Garcia, Mcnabb, Andy Reid, etc.....................................

I don't know but the next HC should have the final say as to whether T.O. stays or goes. Jerry needs to give that power to the next HC. I think if a HC comes in here and cuts T.O. immediatly then that would be a good attention getter, and demonstration of authority. Unfortunatly Jerry prolly won't let that happen.

I dont think it would be smart to run your business to please your employees. You run your business to be successful and if they are not on board, then you get rid of them. If wade is hired, nor Norv, or anyone, TO will either get along or get gone.
