Keeping Swaim makes sense. Hanna is nursing a knee sprain and is in the last year of his contract. The Cowboys obviously believe Swaim has a future and don't want to risk exposing him to the waiver wire. And maybe Hanna gets an injury waiver if Dallas picks up another team's cut.

So Hanna's knee sprain may result to an injury waiver? Pretty sure it's not that serious of an injury.
