I have a similar question, I actually would like to change my avatar. I have a pic on my phone that i'd like to use. How do I get that pic from my iphone to be my avatar or sig pic.

Go to User CP -> Edit Avatar and upload an image.

You should probably ask this in the Off-topic Zone as there are many phones with various browsers and operating systems.
