For a team that supposedly wanted to lose, Houston sure went to a lot of trouble to hide the fact that their “secret weapon” Driscoll, that they just brought up from the practice squad, was going to be sprung on the Cowboys. I wonder why Houston would do such a thing when they wanted to lose?

Why would they switch up some things on their defense to surprise Dallas?

I guess they just wanted to look like they weren’t trying to lose.

All of this negative talk needs to stop.

Whether you think the Texans tanked by not doing what any team that actually wants to win would do (QB sneakfor the easy, guaranteed win from 2 feet out), OR, whether you think that they are so incredibly incompetent that they actually chose a deep deep hand off 5 to 7 yards away from the goalline, allowing the Cowboys all day to penetrate and stop the play, seemingly on purpose....is COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT!!!!!

There's tons of good teams out there that actually lost (well, a couple at least).

And we WON (even if you believe it was a gift).

There were only 3 possible outcomes from yesterday's game:
1. Suffer a humiliating loss.
2. Suffer a humiliating WIN.
3.Flex our muscles and own the worst team in the league.

We suffered a humiliating WIN. A WIN PEOPLE! A win.

Even though we played like the 2nd worst team in the league YESTERDAY, we are still probabaly a Top 10 team in the league, and have a good chance to make the playoffs, which hasn't happened many times in the last 25 years, and shouldn't be taken for granted.

So stop complaining. We have a playoff game to look forward to in a little less than FIVE weeks from today!!!!!

... and for any of you who are going to the playoff game, the game will almost surely be in a cool city to visit.. so there's a lot to be happy about right now, for the Bleeding Blue faithful

I'm just not getting all the negatively....despite how horrible yesterday was.

this conversation will go on after all of us are dead.
Its a forum for goodness sake. You root for the team during a live game, then you come to a discussion forum the next day(s) and have the right to discuss how to get better
its simple a.f.
I dont get the people who dont get it.
Do you think all the coaches and players are watching replays of the last drive and drinking beers this week while perpetually celebrating?
No they are watching film of their mistakes and working to right them.
If they do it, why shouldnt fans?

Get it now? of course not.

They toyed with us for 59 minutes but then they relented when they realized that Lovie Smith preferred the higher draft position rather than a meaningless win. Those rascals.

He is definitely a hater. He just thinks he’s being clever couching it in a “positive” post about the team.

I can’t believe people fall for it.

Not everyone is a jaded conspiracy theorist.

Go outside and look at the night sky. Smell a flower. Enjoy a sunset. Admire the majesty of a soaring bird.

It might help.

My point was Houston didn't "throw" the game by not running a QB sneak. Good running teams often employ a drop back hand off rather than risk their QB by trying a sneak.

running the ball heavily can mask any flaws we have and is a winning formula this time of year with a solid defense. 40 totes a game from here on out using 3 running backs and 2 tightends. Philly struggled when we did this.

You capitalized Hurts, Eagles fan. You’re so transparent that I can’t believe some don’t see through it.

I capitalized Every Single Word For Emphasis.

You are Para Noid.

Lemme guess....if you remove the C and the W and the B and the M and the K and the D and the Y from my name, add a G, and it ALMOST spells Eagles backwards.

You Got Me!

There's medication for this.

Yeah we gotta run.

Shorten the game. Keep Dak from having to keep up with the better QBs in the division.... hope to get a turnover, or a kick return for TD or something.... some way where we can get up a couple scores to protect our shoddy run defense.

Get a big lead by running....force teams to pass...that's our key to beating Brady or SanFran
