How many times do eagles ACTUALLY run this play on average per game?

And if they didn't run it....how big of a drop off would it be if they just ran a standard QB sneak or handed the ball off in a high percentage situation? Is our 3rd and 4th and 1 plays really that less success rate than The Shove?
Seems like a lot of hoopla over a relatively fringe play
