Quinnen Williams trade might have been a mistake

Correct. Parker is making him read and react instead of shooting gaps. Don't see any way that that's not moronic.
Quinnen Williams played great against the Texans yesterday, he was shooting gaps and collapsed the pocket. Quinnen looked like a pro bowl 3 technique defensive tackle, really in the last 2 games. But I think he played better against the Texans than he did against the Ravens . This front 7 is improving.

Absolutely. Parker has changed a bit of what he's requiring Q to do, most obviously. He played better because they changed his duties.

The team regards itself as being in win-now mode - whether any of us agree with that or not. They were always going to trade one of those two first round picks.

There were far worse players they could have done it for.
They have a funny way of showing it. If that's the case, you don't hire a DC to learn on the job. You don't hire a HC who is still learning on the job. You can't have your cake and eat it too... If you want to be in win-now mode, you have to have the right coaches and players in place to get you there and spend the money to make sure it happens. Yes, I get there's a cap but the Joneses need to figure out how to control the cap and pay the right players.

QW is a monster when he wants to be. I think the Dallas taint is tough to overcome and he is playing out of position. There was a sequence yesterday that QW showed you what he can be.

Jerry always gets snowed by high INT numbers. The year Diggs had 11 he gave up the most yards by a CB in the NFL. Bland also has always given up a lot of catches. He only has one good trait, jumping routes. Bland is subpar at everything else.
Bland is this generation's Larry Brown. Most of his pick 6s have been due to very poor QB play. The only real attribute is that he has hands to actually hang on to a ball. Anthony Brown really had better coverage skills, he just had hands of stone.

Yup.

They could've drafted Josiah Trotter with the 2nd round pick. The Packers this year might end up being a top 10 pick and the draft is stacked. 2 Foundational Pieces on rookie contracts is a better deal than Quinnen on a huge contract.
Your post is absolutely a mistake.
