Read this quote from Mike Florio. Everyone agrees with us on JG. The question is why it was acceptable in the first place. Hopefully Jerry is desperate enough to change

The flaws with Garrett’s systems and style are now well documented. There’s no flexibility, no opponent-specific game-planning, no in-game adjustments, no active involvement in the coaching of players during games. Just standing, watching, and clapping.

So the question is whether Jerry will now bring in a coach who will want ownership to stand, watch, and clap? It all comes down to whether Jerry, 78, is sufficiently desperate to win and to win now to pursue a coach who will make it clear that three media availabilities per week from Jerry are three too many, and that there is indeed a new sheriff in town.

That's why we hear over and over from opposing players that they knew exactly what plays we were going to run..........on offense and defense we have a very generic system with no opponent specific game planning.

and just think of all the fluff articles that were being reported and written in july how this team was a superbowl contender and how great moore and the offense was going to be I thought at the time its a 7 to nine win team looks like it wont even be seven wins the coaches all of the coaches are a drag and have been for a few years now

And the fans said, “Amen”! Doesn’t matter who the new HC is, if we have more of the “Jerry Jones Show”, why should we expect different results?

We've been down this road before. Every time we think Jerry is backed into a corner with JG he doubles down. Just b/c Jerry is pissed doesn't mean he's going to fire JG.

Surprised this thread didnt get more attention, being its about as accurate a description of the problem.....other than the owner not realizing that he undermines the entire staff, but I mean....at least give yourself a half a chance and actually coach beyond....heres what we do, you know what's coming...try and stop it. Funny how they often do, and we wonder why our "talent" doesnt prevail.

Its pure ignorance on the part of people who ought to know better, but being stubborn and wanting to be right more than anything can be a serious handicap.
