Radway

Where did this Andre Holmes come from? Radway broke his lower leg, correct? I remember him getting hurt but I am drawing a blank on the leg injury...

Compound fracture like Theisman. Looked like the bones turned to powder.

I remember him coming on and looking like a good #3. Don't remember much other than that. Hopefully he can take over for Robinson.

I would love to see Radway, Holmes, and Harris do great things in the offseason and preseason. Then I would like all 3 to make the roster and have them contribute. I do not expect them to blow it up, just contribute. Maybe have the 3 combine for 100 receptions, 1000 yds, and 10-12 TDs.....that will make me very happy. It will also mean the defenses will have to remain honest with Dez, Miles, and Jason.

Plus, Harris can contribue as a KR.....along with James or Rainey, if we choose to draft one of them in the 3rd or 4th.

Between Radway (yes, that's RADWAY, lets all learn to spell it), Holmes, and Harris.. i really think we could have at least 2 guys there who make it to the 53 this year. These guys all seem to have big time potential.

Does anyone know what the usual recovery time is on that sort of injury?
I hate to sound pessimistic, but ask Joe Theisman.

I remember when Mike Sherrard had a similar injury it looked like he was back the next year, then he broke it again. Never was the same after that. He had the makings of a great one and that injury derailed his career. I'm praying that doesn't happen to Radway.

From what I remember though Sherrard refused to have a rod put in the leg the first time(afraid of infection) which is why it didn't hold up. I don't know if running on the beach was all that good of an idea either which is when he broke it the second time.

You are definitely hitting this tune on pitch...and I think all three have serious ability and potentials. I like them a lot...really being sorry that Ogletree made it back to Camp. I don't trust Ogletree's heart, come game time. Not yet at least.

Babe Laufenberg said something interesting about Ogletree on The Score. He said that he had a chance to visit with the Giants but walked out of there with a contract. The Giants really covet WRs and their drafting history shows that, and for them to take interest in Ogletree a brow raiser for sure.

He then referred to Parcell's line of thinking about draft picks. By the third year it's the show-me-something-or-I-show-you-the-door mantra so maybe he puts it together this year.

Nice adding view you provide here...as you reveal how heart comes back into a picture. Nice touch.
