It was a bad decision to run those plays, but get real. How the hell do you fumble the ball there? You're fighting for extra yards with no time remaining, and 80 yards away from the end zone?

Bob's blog does a great job breaking down Garrett.

But what the Xs and Os don't show you, he is entirely too cerebral for football. So much of his plays look great on paper and in theory, but football is a physical sport. You can't outsmart the other guys every play.

When you try to get too cute, with a team and offensive line that already has questions about their football IQ. You get performances like tonight, missed assigments, negative plays, and backbreaking drive killing penalties.

I AGREE with this. I love Choice, but he screwed up big as well. His mistake cost Dallas 7 points.

SCREENS ARE NOT AN EFFECTIVE NFL PLAY THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME

They are a trick play like the flea flicker and so on .

We do them way to much they lose effectiveness when they know its coming. And look when we dont do them we move down the field .
