Rage at Garrett

Trying to figure out who we put there if we cut Barron. Bottom line is, the offensive line has been ignored and all those great players can't make plays when the QB can't get the ball to them.

If your foundation is weak (offensvie line) then it doesn't matter how pretty the house is.

Garrett needs to go. I've seen enough. Unacceptable. the first half alone was enough to see he needs to be replaced.

I AGREE with this. I love Choice, but he screwed up big as well. His mistake cost Dallas 7 points.

Me too. As much as I love Choice, I thought there was a very good chance that play was going to cost us the game when it happened. And it did.

zrinkill says anybody who talks bad about Garrett doesn't know football though. Bunch of clowns

Garret did not screw the game up...did he tell TC to give the ball away or did he instruct ALEX BARRON to put a Strangle Hold on the OLB on last play of the game.....get real....there is a reason St Louis let him go....NOW THE WORLD NO's WHY...... Good Job WADE PHILLIPS and Jerry Jones....

choice deserves alot of the blame...BUT SO DOES ROMO FOR NOT GOING DOWN AND FLICKING IT AND TO THE COACHES JUST KNEEL DOWN AND GO INTO THE HALF YOU STUPID BUMS AND FOR OUR CLOWN OFFENSIVE COORD. FOR RUNNING SWEEP PLAYS ON 3RD AND SHORT TO THE SHORT END OF THE FIELD

I think that was one of the worst called games on offense I have seen in a long time.

we should add a like feature. Similar to Facebook. ..rage. :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :chainsaw: :violin: :horse:

The homers, kool-aid drinkers and polyannas will call this thread an overreaction.

But this is the second year of multiple games where the Cowboys offensive strategy has beat this team. The defense played well and only allowed 6 points.

We had drives where we should have gotten at least three, three times and at the most 21 points. But we simply refuse to run the ball. We're trying to pass, pass, pass - and force things to Dez Bryant.

It's the same thing over and over and over again.

It's not just a ***e. It's a pattern. And I suspect nothing will change until the coaching changes.

I think I've found me a new signature.

Too much emphasis on DEZ BRYANT .. I don't have a problem with Dez eventually taking over, but the way they went to him in this game is completely REDICULOUS.. we paid a heavy price for that..

As for Barron ? an advice from good ol' George Jefferson:

" Don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya !!! "

By the way, this is why there's a certain pecking order on the team and it needs to be followed as much as possible. People that complained about players like Marty B and Patrick Crayton when he was here and called them " JAGs " because they didn't catch many passes, well, guess WHO was a JAG tonight ? That's right, one of the best TEs in the NFL who's name is Jason Witten, and it wasn't even his fault.

Every single pass that was thrown towards Dez's direction ( I just love those throws to the line of scrimage ) it was one LESS pass thrown towards Jason Witten..

He instructed the offense to go out and run a play that couldn't possibly result in anything good. Are you serious? I saw what that idiot Jason was about since the end of the Giants playoff game.

And seriously, Garrett is the world's biggest tease. I've never had a more bipolar relationship with a coach. He frustrates the hell out of me.

Fans get enamored with superstars at the skilled positions. But if you can't block, you can't score.

Simple as that.

I've been a Garrett supporter, he was clueless tonight. Run game was there but not utilized enough.

Typical Dallas offense 380 ******* yards and 7 points. Pathetic.

I am so sick of Jason Garrett, the guy is a flippin joke. He has no business being an OC in the NFL. 3 drives he killed with his stupid play calling and trying to get cute with bubble screens and half back passes.

We were running it with great success and Romo was having a good game but he kept taking the ball out of MBIII, Felix and Romo's hands..

I don't put much blame on Choice. He got stood up, and thats what happens in those situations. It's the coaches job to put the players in favorable scenarios, and choice was definitely put in an unfavorable scenario.

In looking at that last play before the half...Choice was obviously a safety valve running out wide in case Romo couldn't throw down the field.

The bottom line is that the play should have never even been called. This in no way excuses TC's fumble.

Plus, if Romo DOES throw the ball down the field, it would be a jump ball and who knows....an INT could be rreturned for a TD as well.

Safest thing to do would be to take a knee there. 70 yards with 4 seconds....

Also frustrated with the repeated screens, especially when the CB's were playing up on the WR.....something ours need to be doing more of.

Not to mention 48 pass plays to 23 runs....in a close game.

Romo just seemed jittery from the start.....no confidence in the o-line whatsoever by Romo or JG with the play calls.

I will let Garrett slide because if Barron wasn't such an idiot we wouldn't even be upset right now..

Barron has me pissed.

This is why our coaches get free passes, Why are you letting Garrett slide when he tried all nite to stop the offense from clicking? This offense was moving the ball at will on the first drive and who kills it? Garrett? Who killed it when it was making a come back? Garrett?

Why is this man still on the coaching staff? Him and a lot of coaches need to go TONITE.

Not only has he done this before, but he's continually made stupid calls!

Against Pittsburgh
Against NY Giants
Against Denver
Against Green Bay

But when your offensive coordinator has been hand-picked by your owner, expect more of the same.

I don't blame Barron as much, he just sucks, you put a college level player in the NFL and they are going to have to hold.

Garrett has actually had worse games than this, but yeah that call at the end of the half was beyond dumb.

I would also like to say: What the hell was Tony Romo thinking on that end of the half toss to choice? He may not deserve as much blame as Garrett but sweet Parcells Romo, through it away or kneel it, don't toss it to a back with 3 guys already all over him.
