I don't think Gruden should have been fired. I'm tired of bozos digging through decades worth emails to find something objectionable in someone's PRIVATE emails. Then they're like, "Oh, look, this person said something objectionable in a private email 1998; let's get him fired."

While I am with you in principle my understanding of the Gruden emails is that they were not private. They were on "the company" email to another member of "the company." Does anyone know for sure where the emails actually originated? I am fairly certain the recipient was an "official" email account but I don't where Gruden's email came from.
