I said a few years ago Josh McDaniel isn’t head-coaching material. He was terrible as the HC in Denver. He bailed on the Colts after it looked like he was going to be their HC a few years ago. He’s one of those that’s better suited as a coordinator. He’ll never get another head coaching opportunity in the NFL again.

Im not. I cant stand Gruden. But I read an article that said he was talking to Mark Davis Tuesday at the facility. I wish I had a link. I don't savvy with links very well..

There were fans on this board touting him as the Cowboys next HC. I was surprised McDaniels got another opportunity after the disaster in Denver. The Colts are lucky he decided to pull out after agreeing to coach them. I kept saying he would flame out with the Raiders.

I was right there with ya the entire time and I was lambasted for it back then. I guess we were correct. The guy just can't lead. Hes nuthin great. Brady masked many flaws.
