Chip wasn't trying to tank, though. Gruden for his efforts at gutting the roster currently has 5 first round picks in the next 2 drafts...............and 70 million in cap space.

It’s going to be scary what he does with this team with all those 1st. I mean, what’s he going to have next draft, like 3 top 10 picks?! He is really relying on his drafting ability, hopefully it hasn’t faultered over the years.

He has not proven he’s good at drafting.
I’d wager several of his picks will be busts.
