Phillips runs a hybrid defense. Also, with how we prioritize some defensive players, I'm not entirely sure the 4-3 is best for us anyways.

I remember him answering a tweet when someone said for him to come to Dallas again and he said there werent any positions available. I think he still like Jones for what they did for his family after he was fired.
