no chance. The players want to come here. They also want to get paid. There in lays the problem- we don’t pay people. Agents want to be paid, players want to be paid. If it were an equal playing field we could easily get most and an overwhelmingly large amount of top free agents.

when you don’t pay you can’t play but players would absolutely come here if the money is right.
