I just hate saying this but, it confirms how bad our scouting and coaching staff really is, doesn't it?

It's really unimaginable.

I don't think anybody realized what was coming.

There has to be an illness involved here.

Hopefully he can get some help now. His behavior seems to be screaming there is a problem.

Unfortunately, our team seems to invest in these type of player regularly

Gregory is another example of a guy with problems before the draft but that doesn't stop us.

And Garrett has the nerve to come out and say character matters to the team.

Sure..just like signing Hardy.

I think I need to be drinking whatever they are serving on Jerrah's CowBus.

It let's you say anything.

Only six times. Hell, he's leaving meat on the bone. Now here's someone who can get it done.

Henry Earl, Arrested More Than 1500 Times, In Jail Again. A man who's been arrested over 1,500 times will be spending yet another Thanksgiving behind bars. Henry Earl, dubbed "World's Most Arrested Man" by The Smoking Gun, was arrested last month for public intoxication in Lexington, Ky.Nov 28, 2013

Jerry has always coveted the over the top player...Look @ his track record of high profile players that he thought were good signings or trades.

Joey Galloway
Deion Sanders
Alonzo Spellman
Dimitrus Underwood
Eddie George
Bryant Westbrook
Roy Williams

T.O.
Tank Johnson
Pacman Jones
Leonard Davis
Hardy
Gregory

For 2 decades + this guy has signed people with questionable character. Why should we continue to be surprised he keeps doing this? He hasn't learned.... Won't learn...No will he ever learn.

I think the best thing for him is to do a like a year in jail. That way he can think and get his head on straight.

And I have no idea why as a GM he goes in this direction.

I know Jimmy Johnson had a rep of keeping questionable characters at the UM in line when he came to Dallas.

But that ended 20 years ago.

Switzer was cut from the same cloth.

But certainly not Parcells or Phillips or Garrett.

So I really wonder how this happens.

Is it realy possible Jerrah identifies with these types of players and enjoys the challenge?

And yes he did it with many others such as TO and Pacman.

I'm not sure why.

You think this is exclusive to Jerry? Dude, every one of those players went to another team after the Cowboys outside of Hardy and Gregory.

Who cares anymore, he is off the team. He has had so many issues, he should have his own Randle in trouble zone.
So for those of us that don't care don't have to waste time responding like I am doing now.........

Yes and the NFL wont help him, and they could and should, make sure whether or not he has a mental problem.
The Cowboys should help him also, arrange for him to be put in a padded room and analyzed.

It really seems like he has CTE , but that usually pops up in older players.
But this is how they acted before killing themselves. they too were ignored or laughed at.

How do you help someone who can't even show up for a court date? Would such a person even want, accept, or show up for help? They've taken on plenty of projects. The fact that he was cut suggests he's not willing to do what is necessary, and skipping a court date pretty much backs that up.

Your using logic, and mentally ill people dont think logically lol .
They usually reject help, it needs to be forced upon them sometimes.
How many alcoholics or drug addicts want to dry out ? or get help?
His actions are not logical, look at the underwear incident, he had plenty of money yet walks out with it, and then is
caught by a old man who he could easily have ran away from.

It is more than stupidity, it is all irrational behavior that doesnt make sense.
He needs to be confined somewhere and examined for mental illness or he will hurt himself or someone else.
He admitted to the cowboys he was paranoid, and they wanted him to get counseling and he ran off.

I dont think he knows what he is doing, is just wandering around being impulsive and getting in trouble.

Why are we being bothered with this thread? He's not a Cowboy so why should he be our concern?

I was told not that long ago that his issues were exaggerated and we should only show compassion, he needs to seek help and man up!
