Actually it's worse than it sounds. It means that if anybody signs him, he has to sit out 4 games after signing, so he does lose money. The suspension starts when he signs a contract, not now.

That is a great point. I believe you are right. He's so screwed. Even if the appeal goes his way and the suspension is reduced to 2 or 3 games.

This suspension was for the Offense in Kansas apparently, he received no NFL penalty for taking them drawers.
