Random Cheap Rum Thought

At some point, Jerry Jones and his sons will prolly change the stadium's name to help the bottom-line and accrue some extra bones. For some odd reason I rarely think of the name Cowboys' Stadium. It's usually referred to as "Home" or "Playing in Arlington" being that I am up here in Steelers' land, telling their fans who we play when asked.

Yet the more I think about it, the more I really like Cowboys' Stadium. Simple and yet us fans are still able to give our home dome other nicknames. My personal favorite (Boyzmamacita's too ) is "Death Star".

Okay Jerry, you are making money hand over fist with all the events being held at our (ahem, your's..) billion dollar stadium. No need for AT&T, Cisco, or Motorola, or whoever! Let's keep it simple...... Cowboys' Stadium. Now that's home!

Was just think about this yetserday while watching/listening to Garrett's presser. Lots of Bank of America's mixed in with DallasCowboys.coms and it just fit....

Now I know BOA is having a little trouble, but assuming that gets worked out, this is a real nice fit IMO.

America's Team playing in Bank of America Stadium.........

Maybe we could call it "Bank of America's Team Stadium". Now wouldn't that piss off all the Cowboy haters.

The Carolina Panthers already play at Bank of America Stadium. Plus considering how they are already selling off everything to reach their capital requirements, the last thing they need is to invest heavily on naming rights for another stadium.
