This is the Perrine Bridge in Twin Falls, Idaho. It is right around 500 feet above the Snake River IIRC. I also believe it is the only man-made structure in the United States where BASE jumping is allowed year-round. Fun to watch!!

Been there and if you want a lesson in paying attention to the road, I've got a about 6 Idaho roads I can suggest. First time we went up above the Payette River above Boise, I don't think my wife and I took a breath until we were over the mountain. The topography and beauty of Idaho is unmatched in my experience.
