Cant limit his carries when the back ups are Dowdle and Vaughn
And this only game 2, how effective do you think Pollard will be in December and January if he is worn down all year
This is exactly why ive been asking for a legitimate back up RB
They have plenty of backs. You lack vision.

I know youre blind but this will cost us against the top teams
We just played a top defense and won with conservative ball control. Dominated really. We had the ball for nearly 3 quarters and I don't think for a second they were pulling out all the stops to score TD.

I agree that this was a great win but not having an effective power run game for short yardage abd goal line will cost us against the top teams

We WCO/TCO them to death. Dak is executing well.

It was cool seeing Lamb featured and perform.

Their front is not easy to run on.

Hopefully we can get all 5 OL healthy at some point.

Micah has earned the right to talk as much as he wants.

Pollard got too many carries. Dowdle and co not enough.

Luepke kept on showing up and making blocks.

It will be more fun when we play teams that do not tackle that well. Arizona?

Sacks and turnovers are a beautiful thing.

TE were out of the passing game plan after last weeks performance. They got red zone and a couple screens. Couple TDs for their work.

Could never seem to get the running game going. We'd try again after ripping a nice run and they would shut it down.

Didn't see a whole lot of play action. We were very conservative on offense. Very throwback look to it.

Good call by Romo on the importance of Biadasz trailing the play. Details led to no turnovers.

Aubrey was about as dominant as a kicker can get outside of coverage.

Anger is still money. Dodging the block attempt and making a strong kick was impressive. Coverage was pretty flawless.
We beat a Rodgerless Jet team.
Who had played on Monday night and had to travel to Dallas with their inept back-up at QB.
They tried but between some bad luck( dropped Pick 6) and the refs eventually, they said Uncle.
Always good to win but we still have issues on offense that might cost us unfortunately when it counts the most.
Heres hoping our defense can keep this pace for the rest of the season!!!!

OFFENSE

Except 4 the Sauce dropped pick-six INT it; and missing a wide open Ferguson in end zone. Dak had a solid game. 31 out of 38 passes and 2 TDs; and helped get 30 points on board: Dak played a manageable game. Found Lamb several times over;

- 44 rush attempts meant we’re not gonna go pass frenzy. We were going to be physical and involved
the front 3 RBs both in run/pass game. Pollard- Rico- Deuce: Not a lot of rush room vs jets middle horses.

- 2nd week str8, a trailing center Tyler Biadasz saved a fumble; (whew) For 2nd week str8, reserve OG Chuma did an admirable job on an elite DT, this week vs Quenton Williams, when sided vs. Tyron Smith had a hold flag on a Pollard TD, Steele had 2nd str8 false start per week. Martin was solid vs Williams too, rolled ankle late but returned and Dak was popped a few times, but many times Dak had clean pocket much of the day and overall team rushed for 134 yds rushing and placed 30 points on score board.

- FB Lupeke had one really nice block, but otherwise he wiffed or seemed confused who to block: club gonna try to "make ' him a physical blocker.

- TEs were very productive vs pass: Ferguson and rookie Schoon had TD debuts,

- Lamb just went off: bubble screens, slot, they moved him around (and away from Sauce) and jets could not
scheme to cover him. Took huge flip over hit and still never blinked.

- Gallup had one middle catch but not targeted much. Tolbert contributed a couple of catches: Turpin made a
twisting 1st down too.

- Great mixture of calls from McCarthy; schemed balanced game;
_____________

DEFENSE

- Parsons dominated and took over: 2 sacks, 3 tackles for losses, and a fumble strip. Jets simply could never slow him. Hank (again) was a force vs run, and Osa had another sack, giving him 3 sacks in just 2 games. Rush was on top of Zach Wilson much of the day;

- D’ had 3 INTs, key was forcing QB Wilson to pass; 11 str8 games

- Only sore spots was the big Garrett Wilson TD catch, and Wilson making several runs up middle;

- With no Aaron Rodgers- Cowboys D’ will not get a true QB challenge until they face Jalen Hurts or Brock Purdy, imo.

- I did not notice Clark in this game, Bell had 4 tackles: i dunno why we keep blitzing LVE,
he's mediocre in that area. Drop him in coverage.

- Gilmore gave up a couple of underneath catches but that Wilson TD was more on Hooker; Diggs had breakups and an INT: both safeties (Kearse- Hooker) had INTs; Hooker missed key tackle on WR Wilson, for Jets only TD, but made INT on deep pass later.

SPECIAL TEAMS

- Jets special teams caught Bones unit of guard for a fake punt play; Bland had untimely flag
- Rookie FG kicker was terrific with 4 FGs. 54 FG was a big momentum for team, kicker, solid PR coverage again
- Turpin seemed confused with fair catching at 9yd despite room to return:

Little to no play action because their D was too good for it to be effective IMO

Game went about how you'd expect.
Wilson ultimately would turn it over and Dallas would plod along offensively to roll up points to win by 10 or so.

Dallas offense was missing two starters so the defense carried the day.
Jets defense dominated the Bills and will be good all year.
Jets offense isn't very good aside from Garrett Wilson and never threatened Dallas.

Micah is unreal. Have to keep him fresh this year though.
This team is sound in all areas and special in a few.

Play action is very slow developing.
We did a little of it with screens and Deuce looks like a weapon on that but that defense is really good so game plan was smartly about getting into and out of the play quickly.

Play action will be there later in the year IMO.
