Yep, and almost all of them are on my ignore list. :D

Ignore list is such a cop-out and generally a reserved course of action for *******.

We would have more points, if only we actually made more FGs. Sure, they're not TDs, but 3 points is 3 points.

Actually it is the actions of one who is willing to take the high road and not fall into the trap of feeding a person who more often than not is trolling.

Nice post SilverBear.

As always, SB's posts are very intriguing and bring up great discussion!

Pertaining to the goaline struggles since the Denver game, why the back to back off tackle run by MB3? I have been calling for that fake dive and pitch out of a 2WR/2TE formation since the beginning of the season. Or, taking a couple plays from the Colts playbook, a RB stretch or zone play out of the 2WR/2TE/1RB formation. Put Felix in there and let him find a hole. Or put the two TE's on one side and the 2 WR's on the other and do a TE screen to a TE after faking to the WR's.

These are a couple plays I think we haven't even thought of using, and yet, are pretty simple to execute for our personnel and the formations they are run out of.

I disagree...

if someone is trolling they would be banned, per the rules, correct?

so the poster wouldn't even be reading their posts, as they wouldn't be posting

putting someone on ignore isn't taking any road except the easy road by ignoring someone whose opinion you disagree with.

booyah.

Great post Bear. Garrett's and Romo's detractors need to saddle up to the bar next to TO's shills and order the crow.

I am a big critic of Garrett, but I will admit that I love the way the offense has been running the past few weeks. He seems to be more aggressive, unpredictable and diverse in his playcalling now.

Sometimes, it's not as simple as trolling. Sometimes two people just don't get along and their natural dislike carries over from thread to thread even though their not violating any rules. When that's the case, it's in their best interest to put each other on ignore.

Putting someone on ignore is the best way to save themselves from an infraction, suspension, or even banning simply because their argument with said person always degenerates into personal attacks and drama.

Well I think that your 26 to 26 in TD passes is more of a push than it is advantage to 2008, but a well-written post overall!

Oooops, typo, damn it... that should be 29 TD passes in 2008... my bad...

Strange how that works, isn't it?? :D

It's really ridiculous. This characterization is based off his demeanor in press conferences and the fact that he has given his players a few days off in the past, and the training camps without tackling.

Meanwhile, as you said, Dallas has been one of the most injury-free (knock on wood) teams in the league, and they're one of the most physical teams in the playoffs. Nothing soft about these Cowboys.

It's hard to post back to back shutouts in the NFL if you're "soft"... it's hard to rank 2nd in scoring defense if you're "soft"...

I'm off the fence with Garrett but we're still not scoring enough points compared to how many yards we're putting up. That still needs to get better.

I completely agree, we should be scoring more, the way we're moving the ball... and I think the root of the problem is unimaginative, timid playcalling down close to the end zone...

But I see that as a problem that Garrett can fix...

Well, I've been accused of being an Idgit on more than one occasion, so I reckon I can allow myself to be associated with you... :D
