2. If a Commanders fan that really really hated the Cowboys wanted to come here and really keep Cowboys fans upset, I think he would do it by posing as a Cowboys fan that’s keeping it real. A really clever troll wouldn’t just come here and say some nasty stuff and get banned. He would constantly talk about how Jerry sucks and Garrett is in training. He would contantly troll through threads to suck any positive energy out of the thread. He would constantly say things like “Matt Johnson” just to get people irritated. He would reference past Cowboys failures, especially draft picks. It could go and and on. Any chance there's a Commander fan among us?

Good points, X...and it wouldn't help that many can't also see that the environment that the Cowboys were created in, and even when Jimmy and Jerry accomplished what they did...just doesn't exist any longer. Free interprise dominated the Landry era...and it also dominated the start of Jerry and Jimmy's team, until the cap and injury ended that.

We still know about the injury parts of that past, but today's fans have lost some of the same sportsmanship and love of the game, that dominated the pictures back then.

Injury is still a tough mistress in the NFL. But pride in a fan, is another thing. It comes from an abiding love and not solely upon a pie chart's outlook.

I liked that game as a kid. The suggested method to play it was just to get the clues when it was your turn; however, I quickly figured out that you can get clues by what combinations were not valid for other players. I would usually win against my older brother and his friends because they didn't get it.

If there was a Commanders fan here, I would expect him to try and discredit my theory...

This internet is integral part of society and not segmented from it. Society and the internet are made up of many different personalities--from the most innocent to the most vile imaginable. People interact with others in both expected and unexpected ways. So, is it possible other fans log onto Cowboyszone and misrepresent themselves? Of course it is possible.

For their own personal reasons, people have been posing as someone other than themselves throughout history. Heck, people (or at least one guy) got invited to the White House as guests posing as someone they were not, lol. Unfortunately in this case, it is difficult to verify anonymous individuals on the internet. Thus, the question is not so much whether people have faked who they presented themselves to be on this site, but rather how many individuals have done (or shall do) the deed. It's not like CZ has retinal scan capability.

Leary got beat on one play against the Dolphins. Bern got called for holding. There not a huge difference between the 2 player, I just think Leary is a little better and having played only 1 year, he has more upside. Broaddus reported that Leary has lost a little weight and he is noticeably faster in the open field than I remember from last season.

I'm just curious on the Commanders fan issue. I've wondered for awhile why a couple of posters have Zero positive things to say about anything related to the Cowboys. I realize there are a lot of negative posters, but most of them say something positive on occasion. When there are 2 posters who show up in almost all threads with a max effort to bash all things Cowboys, it would make sense that they might really not be Cowboys fans at all. There was someone here a few years ago that would go to extremeskins and pretend to be a realist fan into order to irritate them.

I like to analyze things so now I'm analyzing message board posting behavior.

I'm not one for conspiracy theories. The simplest explanation is usually best. That said, the behavior in question is the same, regardless, so I'm not sure how much the question of fandom matters.
