I think it relieves some pressure actually. He seemed pretty honored to be chosen by Dallas and this is a sign of faith that they believe in him. I cannot see it hurting him at all.

The only pressure will be from fans that think a number holds special deep meaning that he absolutely has to live up to the standard.

I like stories like this. Something about the Dallas Cowboys tradition. I would consider it to be an honor to be given number 94 or 88 if I were in their shoes.

Not even comparable to what I'm talking about. Haley did not have the anxiety issues that Randy may have. He also did not replace a legend within a franchise like Gregory is being asked to become.

they let you buy them but werent sending them out for a few days until things were official. is what i heard.
