Randy Gregory Update

I really don’t want to get involved in a pissing match over Gregory.

But, denial is a very common thing in addicts and those that enable them. So just because Gregory and his father deny an addiction or mental health disorder, doesn’t mean it isn’t, in reality, a problem.

LOL jeebus .......... the defenders trust anonymous sources more than the actual people.

Did you not understand the point of my post?

I’m not saying Gregory has bipolar disorder.

What I’m saying is, him and his father denying an addiction problem or mental health disorder means jack squat as to whether he does or does not. Denial happens all the time in those cases, especially before the person is receiving treatment for it.

So the article you posted is just as worthless as any anonymous source.

They have not denied he is an addict ....... they put him in rehab ......... his defenders just want to say he is bi-polar because they thinkthat excuses him.

You have no clue if he does or does not have bipolar disorder.

So then people just draw their own concullsion? People claim he has mental disorders yet he doesn't so who are the enablers? those who excuse it? Clearly he has an addiction problem when you test positive at an event like the combines where even us fans know you are going to get tested. He had this issue in college and it has continued into the pros despite million on the line to be lost, I would say that is an addiction problem. As for mental disorder I have yet to see him claim that as an issue

I never said he did.....

I was only pointing out that him and his father denying it, is meaningless. That is all.

Re-read the post.

I love how the defenders try to make you prove a negative instead of them proving a positive lol

On Dak or Gregory?

On Gregory....

Again I’m not saying Gregory does have bipolar disorder. I was only pointing out that him and his father denying a problem is meaningless, because denial is extremely common in cases involving substance abuse and mental health disorders.

I agree, to me the only thing that means anything is can you continue to pass a drug test? He has failed then gets up and says how he make a mistake he has learned from it and it will not happen again on more than a couple of occasions. Does he have a mental issue? I don’t know and I don’t care, Dallas drafted him to play football can he do that? Can this team count on him week in and week out without the next report of failed drug test in the headlines? It may sound harsh but no harsher than Jimmy Johnson telling a guy to get off his field and go to the asthma field when complaining about an asthma attack. If he has a mental disorder and is unable to play this game because of it well that sucks but simple fact Cowboys should be running a football team not a nursery or mental health program or a halfway house.

I never did that. Just don’t cry about evidence, when you don’t have any either.

I couldnt care less if Gregory does or does not have bipolar disorder.

I heard from an anonymous source that Dak Prescott is bi-polar ........... prove to me he is not?

I didn’t ask you to prove that Gregory doesn’t.......

So what’s the point of your stupid little exercise?

If you’re going to be the judger or stupid posts, you might want to read them a bit more closely.

I don't know if he is bi-polar or not. Some things I do know however.

You cannot trust him.

You cannot rely on him.

You cannot believe anything he says.

And you are a fool if you do. Especially the coaches.

If he makes so much as a single tackle in a game that actually matters, it is considered a huge bonus.

Guys ....... I just heard from an anonymous source that Jason Garrett has bi-polar disorder .......... It is not his fault he is a shotty coach .........

and those are the things that bother me. Players can't do much about injuries we know they will happen and can happen at anytime and it will force a player to miss. However failing drug test can be controlled by the player. When you are part of a team others depend on you and count on you. When a player fails he is not only hurting himself he is hurting the team. If you can't manage to control your action then maybe you should not be playing this game. Gregory has been a constant since being drafted and we see others who are getting suspended each year to start the season. Cowboys need to change this, I know Jerry likes giving guys chances but it has gotten to a point that you expect 1 or 2 of our players to miss the 1st 2 to 4 games. Enough is enough
