He was reported to have filed or been in the process of filing for reinstatement, at least with regards to attending training camp.
- Google would know that answer.

Not allowing a player to attend training camp seems very odd to me even if they're suspended from playing games.
- If there is ANY chance that they could be reinstated then they should be in training camp.
