Been kind of following the Rangers since the World Series and because it's the only baseball talk on the board most of the time.
Feliz could be a top of the rotation starter I believe, but if they're going to make this commitment they need to stick to it. Yanking a guy back and forth can really mess them up.
He does fill a definite need in the rotation though. Bullpen will be kind of thin.
What do you guys think?
