There are teams interested in almost every player cut by every team. But few are traded because trading and signing someone as a free agent is not the same thing, not the same compensation, not the same termsBut teams said they was interested in him. They just wasn't going to throw a pick for him.
But comparing romo to scandrick and their situations are not comparable
I think most realized at his age, contract and health, trading romo was gonna be almost impossible to get anything
Scandrick in the other hand is younger, cheaper and you could probably trade him in most years. Don't know about a 3rd but you could have probably have traded him
Except this just happens to be a historic draft for cb's
The most cb's ever drafted through 3 rnds.
Not exactly the best year to be trying to trade a cb
