The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that the Cowboys and WR Terry Glenn may resolve his situation today, either finding a common ground that will keep the veteran on the roster or release him.

I'll go out on a limb and say something happens either today, tomorrow or Friday.

I am so tired of talking about whether he's coming to camp or not.

He's being selfish and everyone knows it. His best shot at winning a Super Bowl ring is in Dallas. I guess that's not really appealing to him.

Hands down, TG is a more talented player than T.O. Better route running, better hands, may even be a good bit faster.

That being said, T.O.'s size and strength and work ethic make him the better player, harder to defend and a dominant force.

It isn't my money so I couldn't care less about what agreement they come to. If they have the money, pay him. If they don't, sign the deal. It doesn't matter to me. But we are a better team with Glenn on it, even if just slightly.

Not everyone is dealing with a degerative knee problem, Glenn is. His knee problems have been around for a long time dating back to his days in NE and as he is getting older the situation is not going to get better.

I like the guy and I hope he can come back and play at a high level but there is ample reason to have major doubts.

I refuse to stick my head in the sand and act like this is some non-issue if it were the Cowboys would not going through the current contract situation they are having with him.

This is not the Terry Glenn who owned Lito Sheppard on numerous occasions, the guy with blazing speed and amazing route running. If we get Glenn this season, this is a situational player at best.

Having said that, I'd like to keep him on the roster. I'd rather not see him wearing a Commanders, Giants or Eagles jersey.

I like Glenn but the last thing he did for the Cowboys was lose the Seattle game for us.

Thats right. Tony Romo gets blamed for it but it was Glenn that fumbled that game away.

You cant compare the two.... based exactly on what you wrote.... TO is a constant threat.... Glenn in his prime was a HR threat at best and never more than a #2. TO, a #1, pretty much since day 1, will get you the single, double, triple AND HR.

We all know that HR's are far fewer than the hits.
