Rate the starting quarterbacks in the NFC East. Sounds like fun. In fact lets rate all the quarterbacks in the east. Here is my list
1.Tony Romo
2. Kyle Orton
3. Nick Foles
4. Eli Manning
5. Michael Vick
6. Kirk Cousins
7. Robert Griffin
8. Matt Barkley
9. Rex Grossman
10.Ryan Nassib

note: the only reason Griffin is rated higher than Nassib is because he has more playing time.

1. Romo
2. Foles
3. Manning
4. Griffin

I'm only rating Foles higher than Manning for this season, though. I think next season Manning will have a much better season and Foles will probably have a mediocre season.

I was just ranking them on ability not performance this season.

Foles/Griffin is either or for me. I wouldn't want either of them QBing my football team. I'll go with Foles since he at least has the ability to read coverages and make plays in the pocket. He doesn't need a dumbed down college gimmick offense to be productive.

Then how has Romo had a better season than Foles?

1. Foles

Foles in benefiting from the Chip Kelly offense, but that isn't a reason to knock his great play.

2. Romo

The Romo coaster has fewer peaks and valleys, but it's moving a lot slower with such a low Yards Per Attempt.

3. Griffin

Sophomore slump, or did it really only take one year to "figure him out."

4. Eli

Since these ratings are based on this season, Eli has been terrible, and unable to carve up a young secondary like the Cowboys'. He's moved into a game manager position, but the Giants need him to be a leader to win.

I think it's both with Griffin. The injury is a big part of it, but that doesn't excuse his poor decision making, happy feet, and just plain inaccurate passes.

Eli has always been up and down. He's leading a pickapalooza. His offense is hot garbage too, though.

If I had a game tomorrow and I could only pick one QB, this is how I would rank them.

1.) Romo
2.) Eli
3.) Foles
4.) Orton
5.) Vick
6.) RG3

RG3 will most likely move up when he's healthier, he's already showed he can play well when healthy.

Is this a joke?

Any list that doesn't start with eli and romo at one and two (in whatever order) doesn't really warrant discussion.
