Ratliff was the 7th ranked DT/NT in the NFL in 2011... Yeah, even while battling injuries.

If you have information that says he was a "dreg" in 2011... I'd love to see it.

He was the 20th rated DT/NT in 2010.

Correct. His play was also very good during the games he was able to play in 2012. He also passed his conditioning test despite pulling the hammy, so he's obviously not dogging it as some would think.
