I'm still riding for this guy. Should have been hired over RR in 2011, should have been hired over Kiffin last year, and he's somehow available again.

Yeah, it means going back to the 3-4, but we never should have dumped it in the first place.

If the window is closing (and it is), it's a heck of a lot easier to switch back to the 3-4 with the personnel that we have today than what it is to find a new DL and a couple of solid safeties in one offseason.

Admit the mistake and hire him. The man can flat out coach.

<2013> Hey guys, turns out our personnel is better suited to the 4-3, Why not get the best in the business?
<2014> LOL. J/K. Back to the 3-4

Seems about right.

I don't think it's a good idea to bring in anyone else this year because another 8-8 season with no playoffs and Garrett's gone.

It didn't do any good to fire Rob Ryan did it?

Unfortunately it seems like Jerrah is hitching his horse to the coaches who brought us this disaster this year. It'll probably be JG, Callahan, and Kiffin running this clown show again next year. I've just accepted it.

At least my baseball team has a good front office.

Had they been healthy enough to play, I think they would have been well suited for the 4-3.

I think if we had kept Rob Ryan, the defense would have been just as bad, if not worse based on the injuries we had.

Wish this would happen but it won't. Horton should already be here. He should have been hired last year over MK.

Excellent.

Maybe we can lowball him again.

Just so he feels special.

He is supposed to be going to Tennessee.

Tell you what, if Tennessee keeps getting their poop together like they seem to be trying to do, it's going to make it easier to follow the local team.

I bet he'll go to Tennessee to coach with Whisenhunt.

And then we can get a good look at what we could have had if Jerry being comfortable wasn't priority #1.
