I do not blame him. What on earth would motivate him? Stability. That is not going to happen in Dallas.

Jones doesn't understand this concept of giving others authority to act on his behalf and in his best interest..

he desparately needs a real football guy as both a GM

and HC positions and he needs to step back.

The additional salaries required to do this..

..would more than be repaid to Jones' thru winning, better Buzz overall for the team

..playoff games and their additional revenue

and the ability to attract better FAs becuz the team will be seen as on the uptick.

So much could and would change for the better.

But this is where I stop becuz this Deja vu is starting like it does every year..

..I start hoping..

..and nothing happens.
