RB Position

I say not a chance...

Jerry is already paying the price for flashy picks rather than positions of need. I really believe O-Line or DB will be our first priority in this draft.

Since this is Jerry we're talking about, I wouldn't put it past him.

im just tired of seeing barber trying to bounce outside when he obviously can't and he doesnt run people over like he used too

we need Barry Sanders in his prime.
Why, so we can never win a big game? He was a handicap as much as he was a weapon.

What hole?

And as fyi, Choice has 8 carries for 21 yds on the season.

Yeah, so let's judge a RB on 8 carries. The one time this guy was given the opportunity to play a major role for this team, he basically started 4 games straight and did pretty well.

Why not at least give him some time to see what he can do. It is beyond obvious that Barber is not the answer.

I would love to have Mark Ingram.

But we have to fix the Oline 1st. Maybe through Free Agency or whatever.

Trading for Mankins this Offseason would be a good start.

he was the best ever at making something out of nothing which is what we have right now, which is what we're talking about because of the oline.

I think Mankins will be a free agent but I don't know why he'd want to come to such a mess of an organization unless it's all about money.

Yeah Mark Ingram will be a heck of a player but do you really want to use a top 5 pick on him if you're Dallas?

Just wait till you see the Sales job that Jerry puts on him.

He'll sign on the dotted line quicker than you can say Superbowl.

Felix was a backup in college. He has no moves to make the first guy miss which is key to a good RB. Choice has this ability and is gritty. Either way Barber is a goner and perhaps Felix as well.

I don't think we'll be top five, even if we are Jerry will trade down which I would agree with for once. But to your question, no I wouldn't pick him top five.

Felix looks big and fat this year. He has to drop the weight.

But his #1 problem as a runner is he is a "toe dipper".

He never just hits the hole.. He has to dance and peek inside to make sure he wants to go in first.

Tashard probably is the best runner on this team. I always thought it would be Felix but the cat couldn't lay off the lasagna and now he just looks terrible.

With that said... Oline isn't helping matters.

Yes,u cannot pass on him if he is there. U get Mankins and U draft more Olineman in 2nd and 3rd. Fill FS with FA.

Barber possibly Felix maybe Tashard....is not the answer. I have stated and even proposed the Boyz look RB in the 1st Round of the 2011 NFL Draft in the likes of Mark Ingram RB, Alabama than going OL in the early 2nd and OL in the early 3rd than retooling the Secondary in Free Agency or Trades however I was blasted. I realize the OL is not very good and thats a fact however I believe a change in Coaching (Houck needs to go) might help a couple of the current Offensive Lineman. I would love to see two new starting OL from either the Draft or Free Agency. But I also believe we need to move Barber and one of either Felix Jones or Tashard Choice this Offseason for picks. I have stated and believe strongly the starting RB of the future is not on the current Team. You can bash me again but I feel absolutely certain I'm correct on this assumption.

Look at our schedule man...

This team has quit and we don't have our QB.

If we get to 6 wins it will be a miracle.

Anyone think we'll beat Detroit? I don't.. They are still playing hard.

It's hard to believe but i'd say we're dang near a lock to be picking top 5.

Wow, we went from having 3 great backs, the three headed monster to drafting one in the 1st !

I wholeheartedly agree with ur post. U cannot pass on Ingram. If u go second and third to Oline and possibly pick up Mankins and address Safety in FA thats a win.

I never like 2nd and long or 3rd and long which Sanders provided as much if not more than he provided something out of nothing.

I would never want him on my football team. Ever.
