I have no idea why Barber is getting any carries.

Me neither.

I told a buddy of mine today that I would cut Barber and bring up Lonyae Miller. Not even joking, either. Barber offers nothing, won't be here next season anyway, and Miller might offer something on special teams.

Thats really not a bad idea.

It also gives Barber a chance to catch on with a winning team that might need him. Not saying he'd give them much, but he has played hard here. He has no future with this team, might as well dump him now and save the cap space.

Norm said that if the Cowboys are out of position for a QB or an OL, they should consider him.

He is a heck of a runner. I'm not a big believer in 1st round RBs, especially at the top.

I'd like to see Choice get Barber's carries. That's not too much to ask, is it?

I know he wants the chance to prove himself so at the very least we'll get someone that is going hard out there.

I prefer Patrick Peterson by a mile. I never thought we'd be in position to get him. He and Jenkins could be a formidable duo.

See what I mean? I like seeing guys that still have fight in them. That's what I'm looking for throughout the rest of the season. I like to see who is busting their butts when they could be just collecting a paycheck.

And as fyi, Choice has 8 carries for 21 yds on the season.

He was not as productive or as explosive as Felix Jones was last yr when Jones was healthy, or even his rookie year.

Not sure what some of you expect. RB's cant run over or through multiple defenders in the backfield. Jones isnt losing yards because he's dancing around or trying to go from one side of the field to the other.

Go ananlyze how FJ runs. He has tendency to hesitate at the LOS when the hole starts to close. Choice doesn't. As I said FJ is better Home Run threat but with this lousy line he is not able to give us positive gain contently. I think Choice can because of his running style.

In all honesty, that's who I believe we'll be picking in the first round.

I really don't know what to think anymore about our perceived strength at RB. Yes, I blame a horribly slow and unaathletic O-Line for a lot of our lack of success, but I saw Felix fail to make even a single defender miss in open space many times over the last few games. I was/am a real believer in Felix, but if he isn't performing I will not pretend to make it better than it is.

Our RB strength is quickly becoming a much bigger concern than I EVER would have anticipated. Suddenly we look slow and easy to bring down.

I say not a chance...

Jerry is already paying the price for flashy picks rather than positions of need. I really believe O-Line or DB will be our first priority in this draft.

The runs Choice has got this yr, it looks exactly the same. The blocking just isnt there.

I like Choice for the most part, but he isnt going to do anything more than Jones is. Not behind this sieve of an OL.
